What do I have to do to place an order through the online store?

1º If you are not yet registered as a user, you can do so by clicking on the "Register" menu tab at the top left of the Web menu, or by clicking here. It is necessary that you enter the mandatory data, marked with (*) , to be able to send you the order.

If you are already registered, you only have to enter your e-mail and your password.

2º Click with the mouse on the desired category, then a table will be displayed with the article families that this category contains, select one of them and all the articles of that family will appear.

You can also use the search engine in the upper right to find a specific model.

3º When selecting an item, the option "add to cart" will appear. You can add as many items as you want. When you have everything you need, click on "cart" at the top right of the Web. Here you can see everything you have selected so far. To order, click on "Confirm".

4th Finally, select the payment method and click on "confirm order".

5º In case of payment by card, a screen will appear in which you must enter the data requested on the card (card number, expiration date, password).

If the payment is made by deposit / bank transfer, you must indicate your name and order number when you make the deposit.

Can I order a product that I can't find on the web?

Yes, we are specialists in table tennis and we have contact with all table tennis manufacturers and suppliers, but due to the immense variety of products and brands we do not have all of them available on the web. Do the products have VAT included?

Yes, the prices announced on the web include 21% VAT, so the amount that appears is the final amount to be paid by the consumer.

I want to buy a garment and the sizes that are available are numerical (6, 8, 10, 12, 14, 16), what size do they correspond to?

These sizes correspond to the average size of a child of those ages, that is, a size 8 shirt means that the manufacturer estimates that size is the one used by an 8-year-old child.
Due to the fact that there is no universal size among manufacturers, we cannot offer our customers an objective measurement of sizes.

What happens if there is an item in my order that is out of stock? Will they contact me?

Our Customer Service staff will communicate any incident by email or by phone within a maximum period of 24 business hours from the order.

Can I request that the order be sent to an address other than the one with which I have registered?

Yes. You can do it in two ways:

Before placing the order, when you log in to the web (that is, when you enter as a registered user), your registration data appears, which you can change at that time and then make the purchase.
If you have already made the purchase, you can send an email to orders@vsport.es and indicate your name and new address. To avoid that the order is already processed, please indicate any changes immediately after placing the order.

What happens if the clothes or shoes that I have bought do not fit me?

The customer may change any item that he does not like as long as he meets the following conditions:

That the product is new, without signs of use, with the original seals and labels.
That the product has not been tampered with.
If the product meets the conditions above, the customer can exchange the item for another that we have in stock or request a refund of the money paid. The customer will bear the shipping costs incurred for the return. If the shipping costs were paid by vsport.es, they will also be deducted in the refund of the amount.
