The transport of your package:

The packages are sent depending on the destination and the volume or weight by different companies:

         NACEX OR GLS: For packages of less than 10kg and small volume. (Delivery in 24/48 hours in the peninsula depends on the destination town)

         TDN OR GLS: Packages of more than 10kg or with a large volume (tables, fences, robots, etc...) (Delivery from 1 to 7 days depending on the population). Transport included to the door of the address at street level (does not include climbing stairs, plants and the like).

         UPS or NACEX for shipments of less than 5kg to the Balearic Islands. (delivery in 48/72 hours) 1 delivery attempt will be made and if the client is not at home, the package will be deposited at a UPS collection point near his home.

         POST OFFICE: Packages to the Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla and international shipments. (Delivery depending on the island and delivery population between 3/6 days.


Once your payment is received, your package will be prepared and shipped.

For the order to be shipped the same day, it must be made before 12:00 p.m., for bulky shipments (tables, billboards, etc.) to be made before 9:00 a.m., packages sent by CORREOS (Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla and international shipments) are not sent the same day of the order but 24/48 hours later.

The delivery times for tables may vary depending on whether they are sent from our warehouse in Spain (1 to 7 days depending on the population) or if they are sent directly from the factory in Germany or another European country, in which case the shipment will take around to 7/14 days, for more information call us by phone at 958 293530 and we will inform you more exactly depending on the table model.

These deadlines may vary depending on whether they are holidays or the order is placed on non-working days or on Fridays, since on Saturdays and Sundays neither deliveries nor collections are made.

Shipments will be free for orders over €80 VAT INCLUDED (shipments to Spain and Portugal) except for shipments of tables, robots, fences and other items with a higher volume and destined for Portugal, Ceuta, Melilla, the Balearic Islands and the Canary Islands. in which we will make a budget as tight as possible. For shipments of less than €80, the expenses will be as noted in the following table.

         Spain Peninsula: €6.90.

         Portugal Peninsula: €6.90 (except table shipments, in which case we will make a budget depending on the delivery city.)

         Balearic Islands (Mallorca): €8. (except bulky packages with extra charge), consult.

Shipments will be free for orders over €120 in the following countries: France, Germany, Belgium, Austria, Italy, Luxembourg and the Netherlands. If the shipment is less than €120, the shipping costs will be €8.90.

For the rest of the countries of the European Union, the shipping costs vary according to the country of destination, the cart will calculate it automatically.


Due to the weights and volumes of certain items, we do not ship internationally for the following products: tables, robots, towel racks, fences, returnboard and other heavy items. These articles are only available for Spain and Portugal peninsula.

Some products may have different prices depending on the country of destination and if they include taxes or are exempt from taxes (countries outside the European Union), please, to know the exact price of the products and the shipping cost and if it is available for your country register on our website (register here) and once registered add to the cart all the products you want to buy and you will see in the cart the total amount of the products and the shipping costs depending on their weight / measurements and country of destination . IMPORTANT: When calculating delivery times, exclude the day the order is placed, weekends, and certain shipping holidays.

Please note that these delivery times are estimates only and we cannot guarantee delivery times for international orders. Delays can occur if we need to verify your order or in the event of inclement weather or other company or customs delays. CLAIMS FOR NON-RECEIVED SHIPMENTS: If you have not received your order within the stipulated deadlines, please contact us as soon as possible by phone +34 958293530 or email in order to search for the possible incident with the carrier. The deadline to claim orders not received is 1 month from the time of purchase, if after this time the customer does not claim their order, it is understood that it was delivered since most of the tracking of the transport companies is eliminated every month. and from this date it is not possible to know the traceability of the shipment or if it was delivered or not.


Depending on the country of destination of the order, you may be subject to certain import customs, duties and taxes by your country at the time of delivery. These charges are not included in the prices and shipping costs of your order on VSport. As an importer of record you must comply with local laws and regulations and pay all applicable duties, taxes and fees if required on your delivery. Therefore, we recommend that you contact your local customs office for an estimate of applicable taxes and duties that may be charged to you upon delivery and for more information.
