WITH CREDIT CARD:

Through a payment gateway that accepts the main credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, 4B) and debit cards with the MasterCard / Eurocard or Visa logo. With the guarantees offered by the 3D Secure payment system.

* CASH ON DELIVERY (available only for shipments to Spain and Portugal):

In this case, the customer will make the payment of the order and the charges, to the dealer, at the time of delivery.

This form of payment carries an extra supplement of 3.5% of the invoice amount with a minimum of € 3, these expenses will be automatically added to the shopping cart.

* Shipping of tables, fences, robots and other bulky items as well as products that require assembly such as rackets and rubbers are excluded from this form of payment.

PAYPAL:

This form of payment carries an extra supplement of 4% of the invoice amount, these expenses will be automatically added to the shopping cart.

TAXES:

The VAT rate in Spain is 21% applicable for shipments to mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands.

For shipments to countries of the European Union, the % of tax applied in the country of destination will be applied.

For exports to residents outside the European Union, the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla, no tax will be charged on the invoice. The customs system of your country may apply corresponding tax charges (I.G.C., Canary Islands Customs, local taxes, management, etc...) for which VSport is not responsible and cannot calculate with certainty.

IF THE CUSTOMER REFUSES THE DELIVERY OF THE PACKAGE AT THE CUSTOMS AND REFUSES TO MAKE THE MANAGEMENT AND PAYMENT AT THE CUSTOMS, THE PACKAGE WILL BE ABANDONED BY THE CUSTOMER AT THE CUSTOMS AND WILL NOT RETURN TO OUR WAREHOUSES, SO THEY WILL NOT HAVE THE RIGHT TO A REFUND OF THE AMOUNT OF THE PRODUCTS PURCHASED NOR OF THE SHIPPING COSTS SINCE IT IS THE CUSTOMER'S OBLIGATION TO DO THE CUSTOMS IMPORT PROCEDURES AT THE CUSTOMS.
