The Yasaka Myth Soft Carbon blade is based on the Sweden Extra core, maintaining its wood feel and integrating two inner layers of soft carbon near the core. This improvement results in a larger sweet spot, better energy transfer, and greater stability, facilitating the generation of powerful shots without sacrificing control.

The five-ply wood construction ensures excellent ball response, allowing for better feel on short balls and precise shot placement. Its increased flex makes it very effective for spin play, benefiting loop players and versatile attackers seeking high-arcing topspins and spin variations. Despite the added speed of the carbon layers, the blade maintains good dwell time, allowing players to execute controlled shots with confidence.
