The next challenge of the TIBHAR product development unit was, besides the legendary EVOLUTION MX-S and Hybrid K3, to conceive a rubber with maximum spin values. 

Their goal was to further increase the global dynamic and energy transfer, without making any concession to spin and playing sensation. 

In order to reach the perfect coupling between ball and rubber, many rubber surfaces including the newly developed PRO TRACTION technology were tested over a long period of time. These surfaces with different adherences – from high grip to sticky -  were combined to sponges with different characteristics. For the best possible implementation, it was also necessary to develop the completely new RED MATRIX SPONGE.
